Dagfrid is based out of Oslo, Norway and is the CEO of the Norwegian Snowboard Association where she’s been since 2004. She serves on the Board of Directors for TTR as well as the board of the World Snowboard Championships 2012. Riding since 1994 and working as a snowboard instructor and coach, she entered the event organizing field at The Arctic Challenge in Tromsø and Lofoten 2004 and 2005. At the Norwegian Snowboard Association Dagfrid works on daily management, marketing, finance and strategic development.

Dagfrid is focused on the development of international competitive snowboarding. In 2011 she joined the FIS strategic task force, that was established to investigate the possibilities for a joint Olympic qualification system based on a collaboration between FIS and TTR. With the goal to create a stronger independent and less fragmented competitive snowboard environment, Dagfrid is working on the strategic side of developing TTR.
