RETO LAMM

Reto Lamm has been involved with the TTR movement since day one and is a co-founder of the organization. He is Coordinator of the Nissan X-Trail Jam in Tokyo and has, since TTR’s foundation, fulfilled the post as President of the TTR World Snowboard Tour.

Reto started snowboarding in 1985 and made a living as professional snowboarder from 1991-2000. Among his career highlights are the ISF World Cup win in Halfpipe Overall in 1991, Swiss Champion Title in the Halfpipe in 1993, winner of the first ever Air & Style and a second place at the World Championships 1995 in Davos. He has had parts in several snowboard films. In 2001, Reto started to become involved in the media and marketing industry, and since 2002, he has served as digital manager at Bogner Marketing and was in charge of media design for the Wynn Casino Marquee on the Las Vegas Strip in 2005.

“I support the idea of the global snowboard community and make sure our sport keeps its original roots. We need to make sure we can present snowboarding as it is to the mainstream media and give riders a chance to live the snowboard life.” Reto comments on his role with the Swatch TTR Tour.
