Event History
Since the beginning Snowboard and Music were strictly related. The Fiat Freestyle Team is a 360° project that both involve Music and Freestyle Sport (Snowboard, Skate, Surf, Windsurf, Kitesurf, FMX, BMX). So FIAT decided to create an event where the two elements could “work” together to create a unique show...
The first Edition was a great success! More than 5000 people came to Bardonecchia to join the Rock The Spot. Twelve invited riders rode a perfect shaped pipe by Roberto Moresi, while four different famous Italian Rock Bands played live on the stage. The public could enjoy a double show: they could watch a high level Pipe Contest, listening to great music performances.
Everything was followed by a final concert that ended up in a open air party.
The two components of the show could provide a double communication messages and a wider media target (Vert, Lifestyle, Music, Newspaper, TV, Radio etc).
